Editorial Policy

RIMHE, la Revue Interdisciplinaire, Management, Homme & Entreprise (Management & Human Enterprise) is a scientific journal published by ARIMHE (https: www.arimhe.com/), which aims to publish research articles on corporate management in all fields of management in a digital format.

The journal's commitment

RIMHE is committed to decarbonization. After suspending paper printing of the journal and opting for a 100% digital version, the teams wish to participate in offsetting the environmental costs of the journal's publishing work.

Vision of the journal

To welcome texts with a theoretical or empirical basis on business management in all areas of management, with a view to placing human beings at the heart of its concerns. RIMHE aims to contribute to major debates linking business, work, and society. We do this not only by disseminating research findings but also by organizing debates and workshops on issues such as sustainable development, the humanization of work, the integration of disruptive technologies, and managerial ethics.

Studies by multidisciplinary teams, as well as varied epistemological and methodological approaches, are welcome, provided that their contribution to scientific debate is clearly established.

Objectives of the journal

The main objective of RIMHE is to contribute to the promotion and development of excellence in scientific production in management science. To publish research articles on business management in digital form. RIMHE is aimed at teachers-researchers, management science students and practitioners.

In addition, researchers from other disciplines may be invited as “guest authors”. A review of a new reference work may also be presented, as well as a "feedback from the ground" by professionals may also enrich the issue.

Research articles are selected by an editorial board, set up for each issue, after double-blind evaluation by two or three members of our scientific committee and several rounds of proofreading.

Four issues are published per year, dated per season: winter, spring, summer and autumn.
